Refund policy

All items are finals and are subject only for exchange, not return unless proven it’s faulty, but not due to shipping / or courier delivery . Before sending your purchased item, we , At Psalms Jewels and Accesories communicates with the client , will send videos and photos of the items in a brand new and excellent condition. 
In case of receiving faulty item , the recepient / client  must provide unboxing video and photos of the item and returns must handled in the same manner and shipping cost will be at clients expense. From then we can process the item to be exchange , but no refund . 

All Items are All BRAND NEW Items and we are checking each piece for any Faults and damages if there is before sending .
